We took on this Decatur home in rough shape. The previous owners had deferred maintenance for years, and the house was in need of a complete makeover. We have a long list of rehab items to make this one market ready, but we're confident that we can transform it into a beautiful and valuable property. We'll be starting with the basics - painting, new flooring, and cleaning - and then moving on to more intensive projects like updating the kitchen and bathrooms. We're excited to take on this challenge and breathe new life into this old house. When our client bought their fixer-upper, we knew that it was going to be a lot of work. We started by repainting the outside and giving it a nice, open, and airy front porch that's inviting on a nice spring day. The inside is still in pretty terrible shape, so we start to demo! We rip out everything and leave it to studs only. It's a lot of work, but it's so worth it when we see the transformation that takes place. It is now a brand new home with new Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, Drywall, Paint, Cabinetry, Tile, Trim, Doors, Floors, Roofing, Siding and Landscaping! As you will Also notice we built an Addition on the back of the house to create a Master Suite and it turned out beautiful! Happy with the turn out!
